American Civil War - Civil Rights Act




Explain the impact of the Emancipation Act (1863) and it´s impact on the later Civil Rights Act of 1964.

  7. I think the impact of the Emancipation Act was that black people were free and can vote. It's impact on the Civil Rights Act was since know black people could vote they can know make opinions of what they think.
